RSA Conference needed help building and managing its reputation as the world’ largest cybersecurity conference
The Program
For 15 years, RSA Conference has trusted SHIFT with top-tier media, crisis, reputation management and event planning. Every year, we take a performance-driven approach that helps grow the event by building buzz and excitement about the theme, content and experience and connects our efforts directly to press and attendee registration.
Not only has SHIFT run the conference’s awareness and thought leadership PR campaign with aggressive media and influencer relations. We’ve also supported with content strategy and development and have been a critical event partner, aiding in planning and on-the-ground support, including press registration, staffing the media room, coordinating 1:1 meetings between exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and press, working registration and handling media requests.
And, from 2020-2022, as the conference dealt with crisis situations surrounding COVID-19, Monkeypox, crime in SF, diversity issues, and more, SHIFT supported with reputation management and kept the media focused on cybersecurity over crisis.

Results
Under SHIFT’s management, RSAC 2023 (following years of cancellations, virtual events and postponements due to the pandemic) received over 1,300 unique articles and the SHIFT team managed nearly 500 media, analysts and bloggers onsite.
