Bio
Hi. I’m Rosalie. I lead the channels group at SHIFT and Padilla (SHIFT's parent agency), working with brands to build a connection strategy that makes use of the ever-expanding channels available to reach the audiences that matter most to their success.
My teams and I work across sectors, analyzing data and insights to build plans, strategies and creative activations that flex the right channels for our clients’ audience makeup. This includes paid, earned, shared and owned mediums like display, connected TV, SEM, native, media relations, social media, influencers, livestreaming and more.
I’ve been doing this for more than 10 years, and I am particularly proud of the integrated, digital-first approach I've brought to campaigns for clients including Dole Food Company, McDonald's, Produce for Better Health Foundation, Sanofi Pasteur and Seafood from Norway, among others.
How I See It
