Julie Staadecker is a driven PR professional with nearly 15 years of integrated communications experience across e-commerce, CPG, food & beverage and general consumer marketplaces. Well-versed in traditional and social media campaigns, Julie sets overall and media-specific strategies for SHIFT’s B2C clients, with a focus on holistic programs that generate ROI. Julie has a personal passion for meeting the convergence of marketing and public relations to achieve client goals, moving the bottom line without losing her roots as a creative storyteller.
As a Vice President, Julie acts as a day-to-day team leader and client contact, currently leading programs such as McDonald’s of Eastern New England, Foxwoods Resort Casino and Simon Premium Outlets. She is also an expert in crisis communications, and her thoughts on how to manage a crisis on social media have been published in a PRNews Guidebook. She was recently named the Publicity Club of New England’s mid-career PR Practitioner of the Year. Prior to joining SHIFT, Julie honed her PR knowledge at Cone Communications. She is a graduate of Boston University where she often serves as a guest speaker.
