The measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 have been life-altering. People’s daily behavior and activities changed drastically in a matter of days.
Many of those behaviors will become permanent. When we emerge on the other side of COVID-19, people are likely to have developed a new set of beliefs, values and expectations.
Brands will need to adapt accordingly – and just getting through the crisis isn’t enough. They’ll need to anticipate and prepare for what’s next.
