Tapping virtually every single relevant contact we’d made across tech and business press for Appirio, we presented this as a major validation of Appirio’s message of emerging dominance. After all, a $60M infusion doesn’t happen every day in this space, especially in the lean times of recession.
Appirio’s investment news ultimately garnered almost 100 articles, including the NYTimes, representing a total of about 140M impressions. Not only did SHIFT’s program drive Appirio’s website traffic to all-time, 5-year highs, but it also gained industry kudos at the PR NEWS Awards and the Bulldog Reporter Awards ceremonies.
